Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on the quality and usefulness of our digital products. If a product does not deliver a clear, usable plan as described, email hello@non-techie.io within 30 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund.

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, this guarantee covers the product itself — it does not and cannot guarantee any financial or business result, which depends on your own effort and circumstances.

To request a refund, include the email address used at purchase. Refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

Terms of Service

1. The product.Non-Techie (“we,” “us”) sells digital educational products. When you purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to access and use the materials for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the files unless a product explicitly grants resale/white-label rights.

2. Acceptable use. You agree not to copy, republish, or distribute our materials publicly, and to comply with the terms of any third-party platform or tool referenced in the materials.

3. No professional advice. Our products are for education and information only and do not constitute financial, investment, legal, tax, or professional business advice. You are responsible for your own decisions.

4. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any decisions you make or results you experience from using our products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid.

Who we share it with

Trusted service providers that run our business: Lemon Squeezy (our payment and product-delivery provider / merchant of record), Supabase (database), and GoHighLevel (CRM/messaging). Each processes data only to provide their service.
